I'm new to all this, well, physically.
I was wondering if there are any tips for doing a wall flip.
I'm pretty much scared out of my mind of falling onto my head and hurting myself Sad
I've never done any flip throughout my life.
Is it too soon?

If by "new to this" you mean freerunning / parkour, then learn to land and roll FIRST. Landing and rolls are THE most essential techniques for any freerunner or traceur.

Yes, wall flips need to be learned at a gym, they and backflips are movements too radical and dangerous to try anywhere but into pads for the first time, or water.

Frontflips can be done outside, but the impact on your ankles and knees will be really high until you get them clean, so either use a mattress or stay on squishy mulch (even grass will hurt for beginning fronts).

Wallspins and sideflips are much more forgiving than other flips, so if you don't have access to a gym, I'd recommend starting with those.

Sideflips can do a lot of damage to your ankles if you dont land right.
