Women can do heavy strength training and not become a pile of muscle, my cousin who is 18 bench presses about 135 and is slim as a toothpick... just throwing that out there *crawls back to General Fitness Forum*

First of, being 'beefy' is not easily attainable like how you described it.

That is NOT possible, or at least not likely enough to happen more then once or twice in a couple billion without STEROIDS, a diet predisposed to hypertrophy, and EXTREMELY difficult and tedious work that simply does not fall under
strength training. Plain and simple.
THIS is what you can expect from a women who strength train like traceurs(traceuses) should... That meaning unisexual exercises that build strength.

Can you lift about 70-80% of your bodyweight above your head, squat and keep your balance like that for a picture, AND still smile/laugh? Maybe, but it's not easy is it?
