well first check out the FAQ page, itll probably answer a lot (if not all) of the questions you have (you may not even want to or need to take my advice after reading)
http://www.americanparkour.com/content/category/6/98/417/learn how to roll so when you take a drop/fall you dont hurt yourself (or lessen the injury at the least)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tJAyNxig_Ago over to APK's tutorial page and learn from there (if anything isnt clear enough for you, you can always go to youtube and search what youre looking for)
http://www.americanparkour.com/content/category/4/60/377/also, educate yourself on the philosophy of parkour, learn about nutrition and how it can affect your training, and get into some good workout routines
*dont feel pressured into doing all of this at once, parkour is a lifelong thing and you have time to go slowly (in fact its urged)*
ill go in order of what i believe is more important
philosophy (feel free to read whatever you feel)
http://www.americanparkour.com/content/category/39/123/406/workout/strength training
(feel free to read whichever you feel again)
http://www.americanparkour.com/content/category/5/30/428/APK workout of the day (WOD)
http://www.americanparkour.com/content/category/12/37/385/then lastly you can learn about nutrition (im not saying this isnt important, because its very important as is staying safe and learning proper technique on all exercises, but i think its the least needed when you first start out)
http://www.americanparkour.com/content/blogsection/14/379/hopefully this helps, if not you can always keep asking questions
as some reminders:
safety is KEY, do not do anything stupid, dont train on rooftops unless you spend the majority of your life on them. do not take high drops until you have been training for a LONG time. do not neglect the roll, even though it seems dumb and boring, it can save your life, and save a lot of pain. work your way up, again, this is a lifelong journey and you need not do it all in one day, month, or even year. you may feel discouraged if you mess up a move, but keep trying, nobody started out a pro, and youll be no different; keep getting up and trying again
