Handstands.
« on: November 12, 2009, 03:27:19 PM »
I know practice makes perfect but I wonder if there are any tips to help me hold it longer.
I keep my legs straight and tight and breathe while I'm doing it just doesn't seem like I'm getting anywhere. I can hold it for about 20 seconds average.
