I like to surf around the Internet Archives and I found this digitized book by H. Irving Hancock. Had some pretty progressive ideas (for the time) from the brief skimming I gave it. Thought the fitness/wellness minded here might be interested.

Thanks, Gabe. The basic jiu-jitsu exercises/ struggles in the early part of the book remind me of Frank Forencich games and some of the games from Georges Hebert's "Practical Guide". I'm going to steal this link, and put it in Hawaii's "Going Natural" section... thanks for finding it.
