Recurring ankle pain.
« on: November 11, 2009, 06:55:43 PM »
Ok, so when I dont train, my ankle don't hurt. But after training, my ankle hurt, and a day later it's better again. And this keeps only hurting after I train. I'm confident in saying my foot position and knee position when landing is pretty good, and I make sure to land softly. Is there any other reasons that could lead to my pain? Bad shoes? Too many wall-runs?

Have you ever gotten a bad sprain/broken/fractured it/ rolled it numerous times? Could be improper form, etc. I would suggest looking into the Dogens Iron ankles video on Youtube.

Hard to say with the info provided.  Chances are that something is irritated and you are developing inflammtion around that structure since the pn is after the activity.  That's the best we can tell you with the info you've given.
