Gainesville Parkour?
« on: November 11, 2009, 03:22:15 AM »
Does the College Campus allow parkour and is security tight?
What other spots are there around that area?

Occasionally when training I have a cop car sneak up by me to watch me, but when they do that I just tend to act like I'm just getting ready for a jog or doing calisthenics until they leave. The place I usually meet up with other traceurs is Century Tower, and we just span outward from there. The whole campus has tons of places. There are also a few good spots around downtown Gainesville.

Thanks, me and a friend were gonna drive up there from Ocala (bout a 30 minute drive). Now I'm reassured I'll waste an entire day looking for hot spots.

Yeah, I used to live in Ocala. You pretty much can't waste a day in Gainesville, especially around the campus, because there are sooo many places to train.
