Me and my friend have been practicing the planche (or human scale) for awhile now and we get it for a good 5 seconds at times but I want to get really good at it. Since I have more muscle mass than my partner Im the one supporting the weight with my hands. He's keeping my balance but I was just hoping if there are any special hints or work-outs that can help me do this. Thanks  Smiley

Just repetition, drill it a lot and naturally you will start to be more proficient in it. If you guys can already hold it without problems its just drilling it that will help you out.
