I'm new

I'm starting out now that it is getting a little cooler out. I was just curious is there any specific thigs I should get before I get out and start?

Welcome.
Knowing what Parkour is and isn't is very important. It helps you understand what to expect and how to improve wisely.
Safety precautions first; that means practice landings and roll techniques.

Please familiarize yourself with the FAQ. This will help you understand Parkour.

yes! do start out with landing and rolling before you start parkour you need to know how to safe before training


also when you go to train you should try to get some musle ups to i am only ten and not yesterday but the day before my chest musles were killing me becuse of the wod

ok thanks for the tips Ive been working on rolling Im getting more comfortable with it and my landing is going much better Im thinkin about tryin to start some vaults soon well Ill see ya out there
