Thanks, you know they are "fake" right? Neither of us can actually hold those poses longer than a second.  Still looks cool :P

Oh no, don't have a broken heart, it's totally possible!  You can do it.  And if it's not possible, why would that stop you from trying?!  I'll be able to hold a flag in a few months after some conditioning.  Then I can take video of it that looks like a picture.... and Chad will work on the planche and then we'll recreate this scene on video and it will (not) be epic

yeah...I've been working on that planche for like 2 years and I'm not even close.  I work with gymnasts that have been working on it much harder for 5 or 6 years and can just barely do it.  I don't think I'll be doing a full planche any time soon.  However, I will still be working towards it...mostly because I hate that elbow fake planche thing that people do.
