Knees , and leg muscles... reaction to shots?
« on: November 08, 2009, 12:33:34 PM »
So, about a week ago, more or less, i got 3 shots in my arms. a day later i got sick (the doctor said sickness isnt a reaction to this type of shot/vaccination) and i felt really week, i was walking down the stairs and i felt my knees kindof give out and lock (like when you leen back and lock your knees) and i heard them crack (like cracking your knuckles) ... now i feel like its harder for me to jump, i mean i jump just as high but i have to push harder, and i feel weak, is is because i havent trained in 5 or 6 days? or the sickness? (both kind of go together lol)
even though i shook the sickness off in 12 hours i felt weak for a few days.

should i go back to normal training and build my legs back up?

man this makes me mad D: lol
thank you!

Just rest and eat well until you are healed.

It's possible you got an illness not related to shots. Since doc offices is a pretty public place with obviously SICK people going to see the doctor they may have not washed their hands or sneezed on something and you picked it up.
