My name is Ryan and im from Ionia. Its kinda the sprawling suburban town. I've know about Parkour for many years now, but i never really tried it until recently when my friend saw it on tv and wanted to give it a shot. So now its the 2 of us and a few of our friends bring parkour to our town.

City: Port Huron (hometown), Mount Pleasant (7months / college)

Friends: I hopefully have made some friends in this scene instead of annoying the hell outta them... lol... But I have met some incredible guys in the short time I've been attempting Parkour, including but not limited to SkyNative (Levi), Ando, Frosti (Mike), Danno of Toronto, and M2... All have been willing to help me with technique, and have been patient. Quite respectable guys. I also am friends with everyone in the Port Huron scene, as I was the one who started it... that includes Nem, Cody, Spydur, Monk, Dwarf, Sarge, Fox, and SnackCakes. Most of those guys don't post here, though...

How Long Have I Done PK: It'll be two years in February. My first day was a month before I got Nem into it... It wasn't a good first day. Went home with a black-and-blue elbow after trying to learn how to roll on concrete first... and also split my left shin open, due to lack of knowledge about vaults. *ahem* But I stuck with it! And I love the sport.

I love Parkour, and I am aiming to become as best as I possibly can become. I look up to my peers in the scene who are better than myself, and aid those who need help. I want to go to as many events in my lifetime as possible -- however, most of the times I am not allowed due to obligations such as work or grades, which does indeed suck... But that will not matter once I am out on my own.

Whenever I get down about my abilities... I always simply think that David Belle has been doing this since he was 15... There's always time for improvement.

I'm Rora, I'm a newbie (traceur). It nauturally follows that I currantly suck at paurking and I would like to not suck at it. I found out about it when I was researching Team Ryouko awhile ago(actually a long time ago). I hail from the Ann Arbor part of the world.  that is my story. The end.

Whatup,
My name is spencer and im new to the forums but ive been in love with parkour with a few months now. i understand that im still really new at this but me and a friend of mine have been going for runs and conditioning for a couple weeks on the warm days. I guess the closest area to me would be ann arbor? if anyone here is around there or west bloomfield/ waterford let me know.

how long have you done parkour- A little over a week, but I've been doing many of the same movements for years and years, so I'm already very very proficient in the basic movements and even some flips and such.

Dont care to give out my real name, you know how it is... But i'm stomp of the NPH clan, along with MichiganParkour(monkey) and I also know Nem. Unfortunately most of the NPH clan doesnt seem to be on here but hopefully more will sign up soon.

i'm terra. i'm living in muskegon, so i guess the nearest city to me would be grand rapids and it doesn't look like any of you guys are too close to there, lol. i've been practicing pk for about a week now, but i've been interested in it for almost a year; i just never thought i'd be able to do it. i have zero gymnastics experience and not the greatest general athletic ability, but i figured i shouldn't underestimate myself ;D so far it's been fun and i've pushed myself to do things i didn't think i could.

now, i wish i had someone who would practice with me and help me learn correct technique. i'd be willing to drive to grand rapids a couple times a month if anyone would also be willing to make the trek there. also, i'm originally from the three rivers/kalamazoo area, so if anyone's around there, i make it home about one weekend a month.

I am assuming you mean friends into parkour - Just my friend chris right now, I know a few other kids into it, but none are friends, my cousin if he hadn't moved away for the summer.

Not long, I mean...I have always been the kind of kid to "jump over/off/up things enough to piss off mom" but really pratising parkour, month maybe, last couple weeks really training hard. And I'm already hardcore addicted...I'll be sitting in some class and bam the thought "Hey, lets go jump off and over stuff" will go threw my head...since i do jump off anything near then, it pisses off the teachers. The same thing goes for climbing...Man....that REALLY pisses them off. Last time the aide tried to push me off, the wall i was climbing up.

Oh, I live in a dump called Marquette. Don't supose anyone chills in marquette.
