Well I've been following this diet or whatever you want to call it for a very long time now, I just want to know what others think.

For breakfast I usually have a bowl of meusli cerial with orange, or an apple or two. If I don't have meusli I will have two eggs with whole weat bread.

For lunch I don't bring a lunch to school so I went for the healthiest thing I could find in the lunch room :/ (It was hard) and I end up getting a tuna sandwich with an apple and 1% reduced fat milk.

For dinner I have a stir fry with brown rice, vegetables, and chicken.

What do you think?

What suggestions are you looking for?  Are you looking to get bigger or smaller or stay the same?  Are you looking to just eat for overall health?

Hmm... VERY low BF% isn't healthy for long periods of time. 6% (I think) is the manageable lower tier for BF%, but I'll be corrected on this if I'm wrong so don't take it as fact... Yet.

And for general health, you should read some stickies... *hint* *hint*
