Cement Rolling problem

idk if im not use to it yet but when i roll on cement or tile it hurts a bit then goes away i mean i can roll on carpet and grass easy as heck no pain i can even jump into rolls on grass and carpet do i need to develope back muscles or some than i mean i have a pretty solid roll

Start off just rolling. The feeling of grass and cement are totally different.
Grass should just get you the feeling of a roll, cement and other hard-surfaces are where you perfect it.

Where are you getting hurt? Are you hitting any backbones?
