Yeah I've seen tutorials and all. I just don't know why I can't make myself do it.
I'm talking about the palmspin not the wallspin. Learn to palmspin, then learn to wallspin.
I am talking about all of them in general

Listen to SD, Yow. He's telling you to watch the tutorial for the palmspin. We can't really help you more than that.

Yeah I know. My mind says yes but my body says no. But I advance to my own rythm anyways. When I feel ready, I'll go for it. After that I can improve it. I just need to do it once and then I'll get the confidence to keep trying

That's where progression fits in. ;)

And that's what's cool about parkour. Everybody learns things at different times. There's no set agenda to follow. You don't have to impress anybody. If you feel you really want to learn to palmspin then by all means get to it, albeit safely and progressively. But if you'd rather get better at the moves you already know then do so. Do what you feel is right because I'm assuming you're not an adrenaline junkie :)

Yeah I know, it got to me what David Belle said in an interview about not doing parkour to impress others. If you are good people will notice you. I do parkour because it is something I like and I won't let anyone change my mind or make me do something I am not ready to do. I kind of forget I have the rest of my life to keep practicing

i am also learning the wall spin and i have the steps down and im prob going 2 go and do my first wall spin today after school but first learn the palm spin, then gradualy do it on steeper and steeper things untill you are doing it on a wall or a vertical pipe. as long as you are really trying if you fall it wont hurt. your body can take it. i survived being thrown into a back flip and landing on my head and neck about 3 ot 4 times in a row and im fine.

just go for it is my advice. when you try something knew take it slowly, but still go for it. if your commited you should be fine, use common since if you've never jumped down a 20' drop dont do it start lower. just dont be afraid though you have to be like, "someday ill nail that." it takes time and practice, use your head and instincts you'll be fine.

What I find helpful is just doing it on something safe, if you still feel sketchy about the trick then try doing it with some friends, use peer pressure to your advantage! Thats what I do anyways.

I can't freaking lose my fear! Tried doing a palm spin, a dash vault, and a kong vault and I couldn't force myself to do neither! I find it odd because I already konged but I couldn't do it this time.

Single kongs aren't hard. Double kongs are, but I agree that palm spins require passing a huge mental barrier. I still can't get it consistently. And I can't do flips (yet), so I don't feel safe doing a wall spin.

Have you been training consistently? Because you can't lose fear at a decent pace if you're not training nearly everyday.

Well I tried constantly each move I want to do but there is this weird fear that doesn't let me do anything. Since I hit my knees a month ago I haven't been able to do anything. Odd thing is I managed to overcome the obstacle a couple of times before hitting my knees

Well, then I suggest that you half learn the moves and do these half moves many times to get over the fear of doing the whole moves. Ex. land on the object when doing a kong or a dash vault.
