Time of injury (0:00 to 23:59) about 3:45
Your DOB and age : 9/14/95 | Age 14

City, State : Cheetoh bag, North Dakota
# years practicing Parkour / Freerunning : about 4 weeks/
Hours of training per week. (real, not what you'd like to do) I condition during the weekdays, with some parkour every now and then, and then have my own jam sessions on the weekends.
Other exercise / fitness experience : Football, basketball, wrestling, Track, General conditioning.
Location where injury occurred : Baseball diamonds.
Conditions of location (wet, dark, icy, etc) Dry.
What you were doing / trying to do when injury occurred? Tic Tac to a branch , then swinging myself up the tree branch into the tree. I hit my knee really hard on a tiny stub branching out of the tree.
Where any other people involved? No
Part of body  - description of injury, rating of severity 1-10. Knee - 2
Did you see a doctor for diagnosis? no
Did you get X-rays or MRI's? no
Picture of the injury : Really no markings, just really sore.
Could you / how could you have avoided the injury? Better examined the tree before attempting the movement.
Date / type / severity of your last injury? Haven't had anything too bad in my short time if training parkour. (I don't jump roofs XD

Nothing too bad, but I figured I'd post it.

Ice
Compression
Elevation

if it continues just lay off it for a few days.
