STLpk (Soon To Be MOpk)
« on: November 03, 2009, 07:07:26 AM »
Head over to www.stlpk.com and sign up. It's the one and only area website and it's soon to become MOpk.com (Missouri). I would love to see the site grow and get as much traffic through it as possible. It's on the road to becoming an APK Affiliate too (the process is about done), making it even more official. Thank You to everyone who helped keep the site running with their donations and their opinions/suggestions. I couldn't have done it without you all.

- Greg

EDIT: STLpk is NOW an APK affiliate. Donations are still being taken, as the price for the site has just doubled (the addition of MOpk) Thank You

I always face north, therefore I have no guides other than my body and mind. By always facing north I am always moving forward and up, regardless of the obstacle in my path.

Kansas City has its own site (http://kcparkour.ning.com).  If the new site is to cover Missouri as a whole, should there at least be a link to the KC site?

I believe that Greg has contacted them already, but I'm not sure if they've replied yet.

If you would like, you can have them send us an email @ siegepxc@yahoo.com or gregpxc@yahoo.com.

Thanks!

Hello, this is Aaron from Kansas City Parkour. We are the affiliate of Kansas even though well over half of kansas city is in Missouri. I've had discussed this already in the past since I knew Kansas wouldnt have much to affiliate with. So we let Kansas City go to Kansas knowing that maybe Springfield, Jefferson City, or St Louis was going to take the Missouri stance. I have no problem with it as long as there is a link for Kansas City side of Missouri. Maybe we should rename Kansas city to Missouri City... lol I've always thought that. :-X But yeah I'm down with what you guys are doing.

I'll mention it to Greg and see what he can do.
Also, feel free to add either one of us on Facebook.

Anyone else having trouble getting on the MOpk website? I will be moving back to STL shortly and would love to get into the scene over there. I am in San Fran right now, and loving SFpk here.

The site closed down a  while ago. If your looking to train in or around St.Louis you could look on Facebook for StlPK or PxC  or just pm CJ 'Siege' or maybe Greg Davis. They could tell you when they can train When are you moving down.

Pat's right.

To ensure that you find the right pages, search Saint Louis Parkour (STLpk) and PxC Parkour on Facebook.
