T-shirt
Sweatpants [Though I usually use my TKD pants]
Heel-high socks
Shoes with decent traction and fits well

Optional:
Hoodie [If it is cold out]
Fingerless Gloves [Personally I never use them but, I do know those that do.]

You can check out a bunch of the stuff in the APK Store (www.americanparkour.com/store)! I've trained in most of the stuff there.. I can confirm that they all work!

Baggy cargo pants, a T-shirt with a blue jacket over it or a hoodie, sometimes a beanie, and I always wear shoes...mostly because I can't force myself to go barefoot, ever...too afraid of random litter poking a hole in my foot.  Undecided

It's cold where I live, so I wear under armor and old jeans and some work gloves with latex palms that I got at the hardware store (only when it's cold).
In the summer, it's all about shorts and tank tops. And I strap a gopher to my head.

I train in my jeans and a t-shirt, or whatever I happen to be wearing at the time (usually the jeans and t-shirt combo)

I wish I could get a better pair of shoes, but for now I'm stuck with my god awful NewBalance shoes. although they did lead me to an interesting discovery - regular shoe laces are not immune to chewing dogs or general wear and tear, but apparently replacing your laces with twine makes them indestructible.
