I am currently in the transition of switching to a more paleo diet. I don't want to lose weight, just maybe gain more muscle and become healthier and better reach my physical potential so that I can be better in Parkour/freerunning/tennis, etc. Anyways, I have been eating a lot healthier breakfasts and lunch, and making more exceptions on what I eat during dinner until I've gotten used to the paleo diet. After a week and a half, I'm having some trouble coming up with original, fairly quick and easy breakfast ideas, and also what to pack for my school lunch. I've been pretty much eating two eggs of some sort or another for breakfast and a banana and some nuts or something(for lack of knowledge of a more breakfast-like fat). Its kind of getting old, so I was wondering if you guys could help me out by giving me some ideas on what to eat. It doesn't have to be strictly paleo, I don't mind drinking milk and stuff, and I'll eat oatmeal, but yeah, any and all breakfast ideas would be appreciated, thanks!
P.S. also if you have any ideas on some varieties of foods I can pack in my lunch, i've pretty much been having a homemade chef salad every day which is good but yeah.
