Id say do (more) momentum steps, and actually kick UP with the leg that leaves the ground last,
and also put stronger rotation on the leg that lifts off first..

hope it helped Tongue

Its all practice. It took me a good 2 weeks to perfect my B twist. Actually, I started with a b Kick and it sorta helped. I dont even use the step system, I simply swing my arms to my left (since im right handed and it feels natural) then since my arms are already down I just swing through with the dip and then I wrap up. The only problem I have is keeping by feet wrapped up because I feel sprawled out and not in a proper tight spin as you see some people do.    Smiley

Well theres a saying in martial arts that says where the head goes the body will follow so MAYBE if you try turning your head when you come out of the dip and jump you might get a better rotation.
