Pull up onto horizontal bar

Due to a lack of upper body strength and strength all together i need help on some conditioning and tips on how to pull yourself up.Help!!

You talking just a normal pull up, a muscle up, or like a pull over?

yeah dude if you talking about a muscle up i think the best thing that helped me out with them was a pull up bar man.. i did around 50 pull ups a day for about 3 weeks and i was able to throw them up pretty easy compared to what i was doing..
