B twist/kick help

whenever i try to do a b kick i fall over and never twist around i only fall. any suggestions to do this?(no spotters around to help  >:()

Id say do (more) momentum steps, and actually kick UP with the leg that leaves the ground last,
and also put stronger rotation on the leg that lifts off first..

how do you do momentum steps cause they never worked :-\ even with the supa hyper dip 8) but ill try at school today

i still cant go horizontal and my legs seem to tuck in no matter what i do

Its all practice. It took me a good 2 weeks to perfect my B twist. Actually, I started with a b Kick and it sorta helped. I dont even use the step system, I simply swing my arms to my left (since im right handed and it feels natural) then since my arms are already down I just swing through with the dip and then I wrap up. The only problem I have is keeping by feet wrapped up because I feel sprawled out and not in a proper tight spin as you see some people do.    :)

now i go too farr and go into a flip in the kick but for some reason i also never spin

Well theres a saying in martial arts that says where the head goes the body will follow so MAYBE if you try turning your head when you come out of the dip and jump you might get a better rotation.
