Hello everyone!
  My name is Jake and I'm an active member in SacPK (Sacramento, CA area) and the larger SFPK group (we have monthly jams for all of Norther California, I go to all of them, haha). I'm not a crazy advanced traceur or anything, haven't even been doing it for a year yet.

Anyways, I'm going to be visiting Florida for two weeks in January. Gonna be staying in the Star Island Resort in Orlando with my family from Jan. 10-24. I was wondering if there were a few days during that time that I could get together with some local traceurs to train, have fun, and meet new people! If you could let me know and what not that would be great. Thanks!

Absolutely man!  Any time you want to train during that time I'm down, and I'm sure we can get a good-sized group too, if ya want.  Once it get's closer to your arrival we can exchange contact info and such.  Looking forward to it!

Awesome! Once it gets closer to the date hopefully I'll know what activities my dad plans too. I know he'll want to do a day at Disney World and stuff like that. I'll make sure there are either days that we don't have planned family stuff, or days that they do stuff that I'm not interested in and don't have to go. Once I know what days are free days I'll see who's up to train and all that stuff. I'll probably need rides and stuff as well, my dad and family will need the rental car, haha.

You're coming to Florida for Disney? Don't you guys got one back in California? (Totally unrelated, but I really don't understand why you're coming here when you've got your own)

Haha. My dad and my uncle get a free week in Embassy Suites Hotels (and associates) every year. Our families alternate years. Usually we go to Hawaii, but my sister wanted to go someplace different this year. We were supposed to go this year, but things haven't worked out, but as long as we go in the first month of next year we won't lose our week. Soooo, long story short, it had to be someplace south, so Florida it is!

Alright, getting closer to me coming to visit. I'll be there from the 10th (arrive late at night) to the 20th (leave early in the morning). Are there any days that specifically work well for anyone in the Orlando area during that time? Any prescheduled training times or anything like that?

We have weekly gym sessions here every Tuesday where we run big classes and generally play around.  We also have other sessions happening randomly throughout the week.  No details this early, but I should have them by the time you get here.  Other than that, you can feel free to contact me whenever you want and I'll try to scrounge up a few others to train.

I don't know what my class schedule is going to look like this semester, but I should be able to make time any day of the week for training, and of course weekends are always fine!

Is there an age limit or anything on the gym session? And what's the cost and time and all that other info about it? Also, what's your contact info so I can put it in my phone?
