30 ring muscle ups in 2:59

This was a goal of mine for the past month or two and I finally got it tonight (30 ring muscle ups in less than 3 minutes)!

Set goals, train hard, and accomplish them!

Nice Ryan! I got right around 4:00 last time, using a full hang and regular kip. I'll have to try your method next time.

They are called stall bars. Great for flags, cat leaps, cat hang flips, stretching, and core conditioning!
