Legs still hurt.  Recovering until Sunday.

Longest free standing handstand today -- 20 sec.

did 5 sets of 10 sec L-sit, 50 seconds rest.

still working grease the grooves for hand stand push up negatives.  i can go all the way down slowly now.  it's still really hard, though.

Sick with cold?  Probably shouldn't do gymnastics tomorrow.

But legs feel better.

It was swine flu.  :-(  I'm taking Tamiflu and recovering.  Hopefully I'll be able to get back to training next week.

This video has a good mix of gymnastic skills.  This might good to work towards.

I trained last night at Fearless, but I felt terrible.  The only thing that didn't feel bad were my side flips.  I really felt like I was dialing them last night.

Measured standing vertical.  22".  So so?

A little web calculator to show you some information about your vertical jump.

I got round-off backtuck for the first time last night.  Just float right over.

Still squatting at least 2 days a week.  But not progressing nearly as fast as I would like.

Did some more round off back tucks last night.  They are fun.  Also tried some side flips over a box (so that I make sure I get more height).  It seems like the box really helps.  I'll have to make sure I practice that more next week.

Found out about columbia gymnastics.  I wonder if it is good?

Started trying to stretch every night while watching my jdramas.
