What kind of cat leaps are you looking at doint? There are brick walls all over the place. If you go downtown, there's an excellent parking garage on E 6th and Walnut that has a wall for cat leaps. It also is a good place for general vaulting/conditioning and such.
Malls that have decent walls for cat leaps include Southridge, Valley West, Merle Hay, and Jordan Creek. If you can't find anything else, you can always use the truck ramps for the major stores.
If you're on the south side (like all the great folk are) you can head to Fleur Plaza with the Hy-Vee and the restaurant formerly known as Denny's. There's some options.
Downtown is bubbling with options for this. There's the Historical Building, Hy-Vee Hall, Wells Fargo Arena, Veterans Memorial, the areas around the hospitals, parking garages galore, or even Central Campus and some parking lots on Ingersoll west of MLK.
The south side of Grey's Lake also has a bunch of spots.
I just like to use trees. I also built a crappy parcube but the legs aren't on it yet.
