Hi im very new to parkour and i'm not sure how to start. i've been reading alot about it on this site but i just don't understand some of the terms and i just don't know where to start. what should i do for a work out or a warm up and then should i also be practicing rolls and landings as a first thing and get those down? i need some help with this im really pumped about getting into it but just need a little help up the first step.
