-October 27th-
Today I Started Parkour Training, I Started By Stretching For 10 mins. Then I Practiced Rolling "from Jumping off a bench". I Tryed To Do A Few Back Flips But That Didnt Work Out As Much Because I Landed On My Side. I Did A Few Crunches And Sit Up's And Did About 50 Push up's. I Jogged Home And Then Ran Up The Side Of My Shed.

Any Advice On Better Training?

Hey David, welcome to American Parkour! I highly suggest you read the articles here http://www.eatmoveimprove.com/ in the beginners  section and move on the the intermediate etc. These articles are written by our very own Chris Salvato and Steve Low and are very helpful.
