Looking for freerunners.
« on: October 27, 2009, 01:59:01 PM »
Copying what I posted on another thread.

I was reading this forum and noticed how out of date all the threads were so I thought I'd start my own. I do appologize though that I am not good at it.

Anyways, I am Tovah and am just getting back into freerunning. I'm moving to Coon Rapids and was wondering if anyone around the area would like to train together? I'll even go to the twin cities as long as it's not to an expensive gym. You shouldn't need an expensive gym to practice freerunning or parkour. Even some malls allow it as long as you don't endanger anyone. So when winter hits you still shouldn't need a gym. I'm mostly open on weekends, so if anyone wants to train together just messege me or post here.

I'm thinking of getting back into it myself... Definitely looking to go back out to downtown Minneapolis and the University of Minnesota. Think you might be interested in those places?

Thanks ass-rag-toiletman....That was a bit harsh... Anyway, my roommates and I were walking home from the bar the other night and stopped at a park for a little rest. I opted to jump around the place a bit and realized I haven't done so in a long time. I also realized I was having the time of my life! The pit sounds like so much fun right now...

I was gonna ditch this post since it's so old and I had moved to Cali. I'm back in MN again for afew months now though. For anyone who does look at this page again Gleasons in Egan has alot of freerunners practicing there. I'm actually getting ready to head there tonight. Nice place to go while the darn snow is on the ground. Cost like twelve bucks to get in though but that's the price for practicing out of the snow.

I'll be there...but I'm always there.  I pretty much live there.
