This is why i was hesitant to start one of these, I don't update very regularly :/

Anyways:
Nov. 11

50 weakling pushups.  I did weird sets: 5,15,5,10,15.
Planks between sets^
only 10 modified dips.

I've been getting weird tendon stuff in my elbow. it feels like it's slipping strangely over the bone, or it won't support my weight. it's not pain, it's just... weird.  i don't want to stress it out too much.
