then your form is not great :P you need experts to tell u when ur doing fine.
post a video of ur roll, then we can tell what's the problem.
REMEMBER: You're the only one who can improve your roll.

try curving your back so that your more like a ball. when i started doing rolls i didn't curve my back enough and so i kept slamming my back on the ground.

Just make sure your rolling from your prefered shoulder, to the opposite hip and you'll be fine, you can iron out the little problems here and there as you practice.

secondly, if there is pain youre doing it wrong
i would link to a video for you but im at school and youtube is blocked

go on youtube and look up "urbancurrent" and watch their video on rolling

Definitely look at the UrbanCurrent video on rolling, it's one of the best there is. Also, who exactly is saying that you have perfect form? Are they more experienced practitioners? Because if you're feeling pain, you need to work on it quite a bit.

There should be no pain in a roll. Before my knee surgery it felt like i never even touched the ground but now I cant get enough power and I keep crashing into my shoulder I got 100x better when I traind today though. ;D
