In the area?
« on: August 09, 2006, 10:14:02 PM »
I'm going to be an upcoming Freshmen at Kent State University, and I was wondering if there were any fellow enthusiasts in the area. I don't know that area too well, but I know that Streetsboro and Ravenna are somewhat nearby.

Also, I should say I'm new to parkour, but I love it. I've got some friends who go out and do it with me, but they're not the kind to use it to run from one place to another. I usually don't like to go out alone, so when I'm with them is really the only practice I get. None of my parkour friends are coming to Kent with me, so I was hoping to meet up with a new parkour crowd and learn from them.

In my current condition, I won't be able to make it. I just won't have a way up there. None of my parkour friends have cars in working condition, and I sure don't. I don't even have my license, yet. (what kind of a sad 18 year old am I?)

I can drive, I just don't legally have the ability to do so. I'm gonna stay off the streets until I get my license. (hopefully before I move into my dorm in two weeks)

Well if your 18 you don't have to even take drivers ed if you don't have them yet, your temps I mean. I should have mine also but I still have to take d.e. no time for it though.  Ask around maybe even take a bus or that train thingy, your not too far. Hijack if needed so. lmao

I live in munroe falls and have tried some techniques out around the KSU campus, and it's prime for PK.

If you wanna hop around with me just throw me a PM, we can set up a date when you don't have classes and I don't have work, and we could meet up at the student center or somethin'
