Cramp

Sometimes while I'm doing parkour i get a cramp and then I end up hurting myself what should i do about it?? ???

Cramps can be caused by multiple reasons: low calcium levels in a persons blood, cold, over extension, btu the most common reason is dehydration and low sodium and potassium levels. My answer would simply be hydrate before you go and after, and get more salt and potassium into your diet (eat a banana)
