Clothing Designs

So I was checking out the APK Store a bit ago, and I loved the hoodies and shirts. I love to design things. The point I am trying to ask is... If I came up with a design I thought worthy of being put onto a hoodie or shirt and sent it in what would the possibilities of it getting made?

Maybe a contest idea or something??

I'd love to hear back on this.
