Rest day. Back lifting tomorrow. Now I'll reveal my new era of training to you. From tomorrow on I'm not doing cross country. I'm just going to lift and grow. I'm looking to gain about 20-40 lbs. I'll be doing track too.

Rest day. Feels great to rest. Need my recovery time. I feel like this will be a great mass building phase. Trying to get up to 180 from 160. Might get to 200 or somewhere around there.

1x8 Squat 135 lbs
2x6 Squat 185, 195 lbs
1x4 Squat 245 lbs These were just above parallel so I dropped to
1x4 Squat 225 lbs and these were quite nice.
3x8 Incline 75 lbs
2x6 Incline 85 lbs

Don't know why there's such a gap between my incline and my flat bench.

Rest day really. Got to 0 hour for lifting and we had to run down to McDonalds and eat a sausage biscuit. We then walked back.
