Timed 20s today. I had a 2.76 and a 2.72.

Feeling a little bad. Throat a bit screwed up as well as my nose. Hopefully I'm not getting sick. I'll be redoing my bench tomorrow.

Didn't get to redo my bench. Got up too late.

5x5 Hang clean 95, 115, 135, 155, 155 lbs
Plyo ropes

Felt a lot weaker than last weak on hang cleans. Probably just from recovering from max outs. Next week should be better.

10,000 view landmark! Only like 3 or 4 other people have posted though  ???

Anyway, on to today.

10/21/10

2x10 Overhead Squat 45 lbs
2x8 Squat 135 lbs
1x6 Squat 185 lbs
3x8 Incline 75, 85, 95 lbs
2x4 Incline 115 lbs

Would have gone heavier on the squats but my partner was coming off a leg injury and couldn't go heavy at all. Too much weight to (un)load too quickly so just went with this.

Hunting and setting up some tree stands and stuff. Saw two deer but it was too late to draw before they ran.
