Rest day. Practicing with my bow for a while. Cross Country practice starts tomorrow. Still deciding whether I'm going to do it or not.

4 miles coming back more quickly than going out.

Post practice because I didn't turn in my running log yet.
1x5 Squat 135 lbs
1x5 Squat 185 lbs
1x3 Squat 225 lbs
Best form I think I've ever used. My hammy's are pretty tired right now but it feels great.
1x5 Bench 95 lbs
1x3 Bench 115 lbs
1x4 Bench 135 lbs
Best bench I've ever done. 2nd time even TRYING to bench 135 as far as I remember. Got 4.  I was so happy!!

Take it easy ;)

Yeah, gotta rest some time. I'll be blasting out starting tomorrow because I'll be back to lifting so I'm enjoying the rest while I can.

Oh whoops, wrong date. Just noticed that after I finished typing everything.

08/23/10

4 miles easy.
50 pushups and situps after practice.

Listened to coach talk about lifting this morning. Starting up tomorrow.  :D
