10/09/09Ok so today was great!!

The weather was perfect for training!!
Ok so I walked to and from work (oh have i mentioned that where I work there are no chairs you have to stand for hours at a time?)
I was tired already because it had been a long busy day lol but i couldnt pass up the weather.
APK Warm-up3 circuits of:15 squats
5 pull-ups(improved from 3!!)
10 push-ups
5 samson stretches on each side
1 circuit of:High knees
double high knees
backwards highknees
side run
alt side run
but kicks
3 burpees
1:00 quad(improved from :30!!)
Took about a 5 min rest
Jogged down the street to the school
practiced rolls, kongs(getting better), other vaults, a few precisions
all about 45 minutes (left early cuz i was getting nauseous from lack of food and exhaustion, i was starting to mess up and hurt myself)
Walked home on tip toes (hurts the calfs like hell lol)
I was really excited because i was able to do a muscle-up (yes a jumping one but still)lol
so all in all it was a fun day!!
im going to do alittle more tonight after a little rest and dinner so will update tonight
ok so i never got to doing much else other than some stretching lol
