That's too many ankle injuries for HIpk. We need to figure out a prevention plan for new guys, Ozzi.

Well do some reviewing during the jam.

Who else is injured?

I don't know who's currently injured. You and I have had multi ankle strains, Adam messed his up doing that flip, now Sean and Ryan. Considering the size of our community, that's a lot. If we can figure out a way to prevent new people from hurting ankles, that's a good thing.

well I was at gymnastics gym working on the trampolines with a instructor there helping me work on my technique for front flips...so it's not like I was doing anything dangerous.  I was under the supervision of a trained professional in a "safe" environment.  Not too much else I could've done to be safer.  I have weak ankles from soccer, so I'm not surprised it gave out on me...I get light sprains even from walking.  Thanks for the concern though gregg...I think all you can do is make sure you're staying within your comfort zone and really focusing on proper technique.

Same here, most my sprains were while at a gym on a "safe" environment. Only think besides educating other on proper training methods is to add some more ankle conditioning during our jams.

Justin's shirt caught on something on a wall or something and fell wrong landed on his ankle wrong and never got it checked out because hi step mom kept saying it was nothing...

I'm surprised I've never busted my ankle up... I've hurt it twice, once in a precision I probably shouldn't have tried to begin with (that was nothing serious) and second... I think I slipped while walking xD and then I just limped for the day. I think I am a bit precaution of my ankles because those injuries hurt the most to me.
