it is a human flag. and yes, MAD strength
You have already made the decision, you will just spend the rest of your life figuring out why.

Also called a side lever.  There is some technique to it, but it's mostly strength once you figure out the balance and such.

The flag technique is more technique than strength, I'd say, I can do it and I'm not particularly strong.
Hush you.  Scare tactics are more effective.

Yea, there are many names, Flag Hang, Flag Stand, Human Flag, etc.

I put out a tutorial about it a while back...  it was followed by a few YouTube "Kings" flaming the crap out of it for no reason and then a few random people saying it was great...  thought it was funny when I found out that one of the people who was giving me a lot of grief didn't even know what Parkour was...  but yea...

The only reason why I made it was because, at the time, I was learning the Flag hang and felt that none of the tutorials at the time had proficient information to really inform someone what they should work on...  so at 2 AM I fired up the camera and filmed it with my bunk bed in my room...  I looked so scrawny in the video, may have been why people didn't like it...
