Come join us for the 2nd monthly Rock Hard Jam (hosted by COPK / APEX Movement). Rock Hard Jams are a free, new monthly tradition that will take place on the last Sunday of every month at a different location every time. These jams are intended to provide a positive environment to strengthen the local parkour community through training and having fun.
After a challenging warm up led by APEX instructors, people will be free to train however they want or join in some special drills, games, or workouts led by APEX instructors.
We will meet at Cat Fountain and hit up some other downtown spots from there.
