About Me:
Name: Evan 'Sync' Sink
Age: 17
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 155lbs
Started Parkour: November 2008.  I've been on ChicagoParkour.net for the past year and recently discovered this site.


Goals of this thread:
I want to just keep a log of my daily nutrition, training.  After I start to see a trend of bad things, I can then change that.

General Goals:
- Drink 8 glasses of water per day (Minimum).  > It's a weak goal, but I did notice that I barley ever drink water, and it's vital for maximum body output

- Get a mile time > 6:00.  >  Pretty solid goal I'd say.  My best mile time ever was 6:33, and that was only a few weks ago.

- Nearly eliminate unhealthy foods from diet.  >  I would just say Eliminate, but sometimes it's just too hard to resist! :)

Normal Workout:
Day 1: Chest and triceps

Incline Press: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
Decline Press: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
Wide Chest: 3 Sets of 8 Reps

Cable Pushdowns: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
French Curls: 3 Sets of 10 Reps

Day 2: Back and Shoulders

Seated Rows: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
Seated Pulldowns: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
DB Rows: 3 Sets 10 Reps

Military Press: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
DB Shoulder Press: 3 Sets 8 Reps

Day 3: Legs and Biceps

Calf Raises: 3 Sets of 8 Reps  ( This is a machine workout.  I normally throw 230 LBS on it)
Leg extensions: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
Leg Curls: 3 Sets of 8 Reps

Cable Curls: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
DB Curls: 3 Sets of 10 Reps

Log   (Note: Supplements taken with meals will be included)

9/22/09:

Breakfast:
1 Bowl of Froot Loops w/ milk
1 Glass of Water (8 Oz)
2g Fish Oil
1 "One a Day Teen" Pill

Lunch
2 Chicken Patty sandwiches (Wheat Buns)
2 pints Choclate Milk

Dinner

TBA

Exercise
20 minutes on stationary bike (Level 8. Mode: Hill)
Parkour Training - 5:00pm - 9:30pm

Gah!  I missed an entire week...
Well I guess It's better to log starting now, than trying to remember all of the other things I ingested lol.

3 Waffles w/ syrup
2 rolls of french bread
1 glass of Canada Dry

Dinner
2 chicken breasts
1 bread roll w/ cheese
3 glasses cranberry juice

med frosty

Dinner
1 T-Bone steak... yum
3 carrots
1 pear
24 fl oz sierra mist
10 oz water

before bed
2000mg Fish oil
750mg Nicotinamide
One-a-day (Teen)
10 oz water

Lunch

After my workout today (Day 1) It was only like 9:20 so I guess I'll start lunch from there.

1 Protien shake - (10 oz milk, 2 teaspoons ovalteen, 60g Protien powder (chocolate)  It seriously tastes like chocolate milk!)
20 oz water
2 Chicken Patties - (about 20g protien)
20 oz water
4 Slices of cinamon rasion toast w/ butter


Dinner
Half of a large pizza (cheese)
2g Fish oil
750mg Nicotinamide
12 oz water

2 chicken patties
2 pints of chocolate milk
40 oz water (total over two hours)
