Started Parkour: November 2008. I've been on ChicagoParkour.net for the past year and recently discovered this site.
Goals of this thread:
I want to just keep a log of my daily nutrition, training. After I start to see a trend of bad things, I can then change that.
General Goals:
- Drink 8 glasses of water per day (Minimum). > It's a weak goal, but I did notice that I barley ever drink water, and it's vital for maximum body output
- Get a mile time > 6:00. > Pretty solid goal I'd say. My best mile time ever was 6:33, and that was only a few weks ago.
- Nearly eliminate unhealthy foods from diet. > I would just say Eliminate, but sometimes it's just too hard to resist!
Normal Workout:Day 1: Chest and tricepsIncline Press: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
Decline Press: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
Wide Chest: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
Cable Pushdowns: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
French Curls: 3 Sets of 10 Reps
Day 2: Back and ShouldersSeated Rows: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
Seated Pulldowns: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
DB Rows: 3 Sets 10 Reps
Military Press: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
DB Shoulder Press: 3 Sets 8 Reps
Day 3: Legs and BicepsCalf Raises: 3 Sets of 8 Reps ( This is a machine workout. I normally throw 230 LBS on it)
Leg extensions: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
Leg Curls: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
Cable Curls: 3 Sets of 8 Reps
DB Curls: 3 Sets of 10 Reps
