today was golf for 8 hours ehh gayyyyyyy... then one legged squats on a bike rack, 20 each leg. and also did some tic tacs to precisions which I currently suck at.
need to work on, underbar (scared after injury, after gettin that really bad concussion making me really sick and stuff ugh)(I seem to hit my head/forehead on the rail sometimes lol. dunno why
um work on... rail precisions, a little scetchy after falling on my nads once again. Feels like a hurnia.
maybe work on... wall climbs because I don't do them enough. (lmao on my first jam there was a 10 foot tall cement dugout that I could shoot up with only using my right index and middle finger, now I can barly shoot up there period. ehh ehh ehh.)
basically I need to practice this stuff the most for say about 2 weeks. Wish me luck. please lol
also wednesday- 18 holes then putting practice then driving and chipping taking up all day but just a few hours of light leaving me some time to get those squats and rail prec. in maybe.

Golf was the hardest thing that I ever did in my life, I played 27 holes and couldn't stop because my coach is an ass and was riding while we had to walk and carry wtf. I collapsed on the 25th hole and refused to get up because me whole body was numb from my freaking bag. Not to mention it was 100 degrees and I had no water luckly Im alive and have to do 18 tomorrow. I hate this. 10 people quit yesterday because they couldn't finish lol. I am not doing anything at all today. I'm done moving for 14 hours.
Not to mention I hate golf period. Thanks for listening about the hardest day in my life, I had total muscle failure. and the couch was yelling at me I hate his guts. ahhhhhhhhh

Today I played 9 holes and hit 8 buckets of balls from 10 am to 3:45 pm. Not really long but I finished as fast as I possibly could, I think I made good time lmao ;D. Less than 6 hours today hiphip.
Later tonight I'm going to do my precision excersize, and one legged squats on a potentially ball crushing rail because of the height. Then do the WOD and add some to it.
Tomorrow fri.. I have to hit 15 buckets of balls and then I'm coming home to rest up for sats Jam.
