half-full year parkour, martial arts 2
5-6 hour, need to do more n my oppion
stretching, martial arts, bit of sparring

i tried a kong/monkey over a rail about 7-8' in the air
only me, friends were around
feel on head/neck area. rolled reduced injury. still sore maybe a 5
didnt see a doc.( i got some 1staid skills, i was alright for mostpart

i could've flipped as i was falling, just didnt. the rail was bellow my center of grav, so my foot caught it.
-we should always no our bodies. if we dont we may get hurt. u should always be practicing in some way or form, this way we'll be able to adapt to anything
