Wow it has certainly been a long time since I have been on here (my computer exploded.... Ugh)

but wow, I am really happy to see that people are reading this.

I haven't worn another shoe since buying my VFF's. I try putting them on and within minutes my feet hurt and I have to take the darn things off....

I just bought some Injinji socks for winter so I can continue my training.

With the arches thing, don't be worried too much with the KSO's. Though it is hard to get the on, once you have slipped them on daily for one the fabric stretches out a nice and comfortable amount so you can just slip right on in (plus it becomes second nature to you eventually, so...

And I will make an update on the durability. The fabric itself on mine has ripped and torn and even in some cases the thread just came undone... BUT, if you are good at sewing or anything it is an easy fix. BUT it does actually make me want to lower the durability but I won't. Since the most important part of the shoe, the sole, hardly has any noticeable blemishes on it. So... I just thought I might tell you it does tear OFTEN (guess it's a little late, but hey...)

And with the Wallruns it is actually (at least I can only think) the same with the sprints and the KSO's. Your foot simply will not slip out, I promise. BUT if you are going to be running along gravel pathways or something I "suggest" the KSO (since it stands for "Keep stuff out"). BUT, it doesn't really matter I can't imagine.

But these babies actually saved my back. I used to have a chronic pain along the right side of my spine. GONE. And if I put pressure on my left knee... I basically collapsed. After about a week of wearing these. It was WORLDS better, and now it is COMPLETELY gone.

Are these the miracle cure to bad joints and the like? NO. BUT I do have to say that they helped ME at least, so maybe suggest looking into them.

AND my performance has SKYROCKETED. I am doing things I never even dreamed of being able to do before.

Basically that is all I wanted to say (ha, That's it? you are probably thinking...) sorry for the wall of text but I figured I would update you guys. Have fun and be safe!

You don't need it. the VFF Rubber technology is already the best I have ever tested... Also I am a tester for Springboost and I have tested tons of shoes but VFF def have the best by far

I Agree.... Although I've not tested much but what I have worn and what I'm wearing now I can say that the V5F's Have the best soles I've seen when it comes to grip. Too good in fact. I slide down my wooden plank railing all the time and with my "Normal" shoes They have no problem sliding down with me, But I try it with my V5F's and I literally have to lift my feet off of the railing, or move them to the side, cause I will not move down the railing with the Laser sipped soles. and my friend wants a pair so bad cause he see's me running up brick walls  with ease and he trys but his shoes always slip.....

Gah. I want me a pair of these. Taking up barefoot running, and these seem like a great idea. I'd like to use them for parkour (eventually), too! After the review, I'm now near-rabid for them!  ;D
