Day 9 9/13/09Feeling a little better today. No coughs but still a lot of back pain when i breathe. Probably a small lung infection or such. It's happened before.

Warm-up: 5 push ups, 10 sit-ups, 5 dips, 5 squats, apk agility wu. 2 burpees, :30-1:00 QM 3 rounds
Push ups: 2 set 10
Sit ups: 2 set 20
Dips: 2 set 20
Squats: 2 set 10
Bench Press: 160lbs 3 set 5
Shoulder Press: 100lbs 2 set 5
Leg Curl: 100lbs 2 set 10
Bicep Curl: 50lbs 1 set 20
