Sorry long holiday weekend

3.5 cups quick oats
5 scoops protein powder
4Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
1 cup Fat free Milk
Mix in a bowl. I use a wood spoon and mix the hell out of it. Its almost a workout doing this hehe. Then take a 9x9 pan(i use glass casserole dish) and lightly coat with cooking spray. Spread mix evenly into pan. Cut into 4 pieces for meal replacement or 8 pieces for a snack.

These will of course differ based on the ingredients used. Obviously using whole milk is going to up the fat and calorie content.
I have tweaked it a bit myself but that is the base recipe for protein bars. I use vanilla protein powder. Tried chocolate once and it wasn't to bad. I have also switched out a half cup of oats for milled flaxseed.
Enjoy and have fun experiementing.
Oh yeah I usually cut up and package my bars in tin foil. I lightly spray the foil with cooking spray to avoid sticking and then store them in the freezer. Pull one out as necessary.... takes around 30 min to thaw enough to eat. Hope that helps
