anyone in richmond VA I can train with?

Anyone here in Richmond Virginia I can train with in parkour? ive never done parkour at all. but i think i can pull it off, im athletic, i can do tricks, and ive done capoeira so i think i can keep up with some of the simple stuff :)

yo i'm in richmond, i've been at this for about a month and half, and i would love to train with someone,   i'm not that great at it, but we can still train if u want.

i live around there and i have ben doing this for a while. i do more parkour and im really good with movement but i need to learn tricks. can any one teach me?
