That's a pretty classy setup! But you lose the benefit of personal telling of how and why. And... Why no squats?

Well....the only gym I can afford to go to at the moment doesn't have a real squat rack, only a smith machine. i don't particularly care for risking my knees getting blown out for little results, so I decided to just work with what I have and do the best. soon enough, i'll be able to get in a true SS regimen, but i'm makin' do for now.

Gahhhhh. Get rid of the upright rows. Terrible exercise.

i wouldn't mind. they don't seem too useful when I do them.....though other pull exercise can I replace them with that'll be worthwhile?
