2 months practicing Parkour / Freerunning
Hours of training per week. =1
Other exercise / fitness experience, track and basketball in high school
Location where injury occurred - University If Utah
Conditions of location Hot, dry
What you were doing / trying to do when injury occurred? I was getting an odd angle for the camera doing a spider crawl
Part of body  - Broken 5th metacarpal and Hook bones
Did you see a doctor for diagnosis? Yes
Did you get X-rays or MRI's? Yes
Could you / how could you have avoided the injury? Better Shoes

get well soon, i remember when i broke my hand, i was so mad that i couldnt do parkour

its hard to do it with one hand, vaults are about 3 times as hard with one hand

I remember breaking my hand doing a nice kong vault.

And, no doubt, I continued to train one-handed just fine. Hell the extra weight of the cast helped my spin faster when practicing freerunning.


Hands heal rather quickly though, generally speaking, enjoy your break I guess. Hah.
